Program overview

UnderWater Photograph certificate is designed to provide exclusive learning environment in progressive manner for inexperienced, novice and experienced scuba divers. The SAE Institute dive lecturers are highly qualified and active in the industry, with extensive experience in diving as scuba instructors and underwater photographers. The course will allow students to build up their underwater buoyancy/propulsion skills, gain PADI or NAUI scuba divers certificates, produce high quality underwater pictures and be comfortable in lighting, editing and allaround technical photography skills. Other than being a photographer that shoots on land, this course would let you to dive and shoot underwater.

Entry requirements

There are no academic requirements or pre-requisites to participate in this program. However, to receive exclusions from some parts of the program the applicants will need to send SAE Curacao the proof of their photography certificates/diplomas and/or diving certifications with a copy of their dive log book. Applicants should be at least 16 years of age upon commencement of the course, have basic knowledge of English language and computer operations. 

*For delegates who are are 14 or 15 years old and wish to join our short courses a special consideration process from management is required.
